CHTC Dayao has alredy created a number of 24 hours-services in the development process, such as 24 hours -loading and unloading, 24 hour-transportation, 24 hours after-sales service, 24 hours-mending and inspection, 24 hours cloth mending and so on, all these services have eventually been recognized and respected by our customers.
Once we get quality issues feedback, our after-sale department will immediately to go to follow and handle it fairly .The principle which Dayao is always following is we are completely responsible for products and services we provide and never make excuses.
Last October, before delivering some finished fabric we found much foreign fiber in the fabric which was not inspected in greige and in the dyeing process. Then our three managers who are in charge of inspecting,after-saleas and mending went to dyeing hourse to figure out how to solve this problem. To make sure to deliver garment in time, we decided to deliver the finished fabric to the garment factory, in the meanwhile we orgnised enough mending workers ready to garment factory anytime.
Then we started mending work of six months in the garment factory. The mending department sent at leat 2 to 3 people in one period, most of the time we send all the staffs. there are four staffs did mending for more than a month. we send so many mending workers to try so such an effort is to make time for our client , so that they could deliver garments on time.As known, mending of TC fabric is very difficult especially for bleaching TC fabric. Most of the time we can only pick the yarn with foreign fiber out, and then make new yarn woven into the same place. but even after trying so hard, much of the finished still need to remend again and again to meet the requirement. Many staff still remenber that how hard live in those months they lived. but they belive they will do it without hesitation if we need for any client next time , for everyone in Dayao puts clients first puts our company first.
Finally, Our mending department did the job excellently. their hard work is commendable. But we should also think more about the problem this time to find the reason and how to make sure that this problem wont happen again. Mrs. Tian who is in charge of after-sale came back to our warehouse and took many tests to find a way to inspect foreign fiber in TC fabric in our own Library, so that we can improve our inspecting to guarantee the quality of the fabric we provid.
We will encounter many issues in our work and will also make mistake, but we are always trying to figure out how they happened and try our best to make it better and better. And the most important is we will always keep our promise of best products and best services.
